Starting off I knew exactly what equipment I wanted and roughly how I wanted it to look.

After meeting Pat he advised me as to how best to go about realising my vision. He is methodical, precise and goes the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. This is especially important given all cables were chased into walls from various parts of the room. I have been sceptical with TV Installers originally, but having won a competition for an install with Hangmyscreen I decided to go ahead and try.

Pat and his team have now changed my view on getting TV's professionally installed.

His service and team were the ultimate professionals.

I was not present myself to oversee the install however Pat took the time to call me and walk me through what he was doing and explaining safety viewing distances which I have hardly even thought of in the past.
He even went to the extent to say he would mark out the install and offered to come back when I was present so I was 100% satisfied with his work.

Pat was recommended to me by my local AV shop to solve mount my old, large and extremely heavy plasma screen. After an initial consultation we realised that the brackets for these kinds of TVs are no longer produced so I had to dig deep around my storage to find the original. Once I found it he generously came back during what was a very busy work period for him and with the help of his colleague did the job quickly and flawlessly. Overall, phenomenal customer service and a job well done. Pat clearly knows his stuff inside out and I plan to emphatically endorse his services to everyone I know.

Being female I’m not very good at DIY but cautious of using companies etc as don’t want to be sold something I don’t need .
